Without the influence of wood, it is a dry, fresh and vibrant wine, with a clear acidity and a very balanced end. The minerality gives it a modern and youthful profile, ideal for those looking for a relaxed and invigorating wine.

With the Dízimos Reserva line, we present a wine with character and harmony, with complex aromas and flavours wrapped in a smooth texture. The acidity remains refreshing and the barrel ageing gives it a denser, creamier body. The finish is intense and persistent, with a seductive mineral expression, which makes this range ideal for accompanying more sophisticated dishes. It has good potential to evolve and gain more complexity over time.

Dízimos Teresa Single Vineyard is made from grapes from a very special parcel of the vineyard. Released only in years of exceptional quality, in limited quantities, it always has a minimum of 4 years in the bottle. It’s an excellent choice for special moments and pairing with exquisite dishes. With a high potential to evolve and gain depth over the years, it is our modest tribute to the most beautiful love stories.
