3. RETURNS

All our wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition when they leave our distribution center. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we have established the following rules for returning products:

3.1. If you have received a damaged package:

Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. In the event of any bottle(s) being broken during transportation, please contact us at info@dizimos.com within 48 hours of receiving your package(s) so that we can initiate a claim with the transportation company. Please keep the original package(s) and their contents exactly as you found them. We will prepare a new shipment for the broken bottles.

3.2. If you have bought a faulty item:

  • If, when you open a bottle, you discover that the wine is faulty (such as a strange smell or cloudy appearance), we will exchange it for a new bottle of equal value.
  • We will only accept bottles for exchange within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our team and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • The exchange value is based on the payment made for the defective item and not on the price of the item on the day you returned it.
  • If you exchange an item for one of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference in price, together with all applicable taxes, at the time of exchange.

3.3. If you refused or were unable to receive your order:

  • We will make a second delivery attempt if it has not been possible to receive your order.
  • We will cover the cost of this attempt and ask you to be alert on the day of delivery as we will not be able to make any further delivery attempts.
  • Orders that are sent and refused by the Customer or returned by the transport company as “unable to deliver” will be credited to the Customer by subtracting the transportation costs and other verified logistics costs.

3.4. How to return items:

  • If you wish to return the items, please contact our Customer Service team within 15 days of your purchase.
  • Wine should not be returned without the prior approval of our Customer Service team.
  • Please email all concerns of this nature to info@dizimos.com and include the Customer’s name, address, date of purchase, product name and reason for concern.
  • Once you have received our approval, you can send your items back to our warehouse in the same packaging in which they were delivered. You will find the return address on the invoice that comes with our products.
  • If the package is damaged, incorrectly distributed or if you receive an incorrect product, we will ask our shipping partners to collect the package(s) from your address.

3.5. Who pays the rate of return:

  • We will cover all costs relating to defective items, items damaged in transit or items delivered incorrectly. In this case, our Customer Service team will arrange collection of the order with you.
  • If you choose to return the items, please follow the procedure “How to return items” and send the items to our returns address indicated on the invoice.

3.6. In the event of a return, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 30 days.
