Orders
How can I place an order?
It’s simple: choose the wines you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and
proceed to checkout. Then, just fill in your details and confirm the payment —
we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, yes. Please contact us as soon as
possible at info@dizimos.com
, including your order number. We’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping
What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days in mainland Portugal.
For the islands or other European countries, delivery may take 5 to 10 working
days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the
destination and number of bottles.
Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within mainland Portugal.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the
tracking code and link to follow your delivery.
Returns and Damages
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If any bottle arrives broken or defective, please contact us immediately at
info@dizimos.com and include a photo showing the condition of the package.
We will replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the bottles
are sealed and in perfect condition.
Please send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return -
- we’ll guide you through the process.
Payments
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), MB Way, PayPal, and
Multibanco references.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed in a secure and encrypted environment.
Your personal and banking data are fully protected.
Wines and Storage
How should I store Dízimos wines?
Keep the bottles lying down, in a cool place away from direct light. Ideally
between 12°C and 18°C, with some humidity to preserve the cork.
How long can I keep the wine?
It depends on the type:
- Dízimos white wines are best enjoyed young, up to 2–3 years after harvest.
- Reserva and Teresa Single Vineyard wines age beautifully and can be stored
for 5 to 10 years, if kept in good conditions.
Gifts and Personalisation
Can I send an order as a gift?
At the moment, we don’t offer direct gift shipping.
However, you can offer a Dízimos Gift Voucher — the perfect present for those
who appreciate wine and meaningful moments.
