Inspired by a purpose of giving back to the community, Teresa and Pedro have created an inspiring, sustainable project that helps to develop the local economy with genuine, differentiated and high-quality products.

Co-founders
An entrepreneur since his youth, Pedro rarely turns down a challenge, no matter how challenging and difficult it may seem. After 25 years linked to the creation and development of global companies in the field of Edtech, with particular emphasis on medical simulation, Pedro realised it was time to return to the natural world, put his ‘hands in the soil’ and expand the Quinta’s potential with genuine, sustainable and differentiated products. His blood pressure is also thankfull fot this change.
With a background in Social Work, Psychology and more than 20 years in People Management and Operations in the Edtech software area, Teresa has also felt the wind blowing in other directions. Although it’s not her strong suit to go on adventures, in this new world of vineyards and wine it’s essential to ensure that operations run smoothly, with planning, organisation and quality.

Winemaker
Pedro is an experienced winemaker, always willing to try new ideas and explore new paths. With a deep knowledge of our terroir and an unrivalled passion for viticulture and winemaking, he combines science and art to create memorable wines, reflecting the essence of the territory and the care taken at every stage of the process.

Empresário desde a sua juventude, o Pedro raramente recusa um desafio , por mais complexo e díficil que possa parecer. Após 25 anos ligado à criação e desenvolvimento de empresas globais na área de Edtech, com particular destaque para a simulação médica, o Pedro entendeu ser o momento de regressar ao mundo natural, colocar as “mãos na terra” e expandir o potencial da Quinta com produtos genuínos, sustentáveis e diferenciados. A tensão arterial também agradeceu.

Co-fundadora
Com percurso pelo Serviço Social, pela Psicologia e mais de 20 anos na Gestão de Pessoas e Operações na área do software de Edtech, a Teresa também sentiu o vento a soprar para outras direções. Apesar de não ser o seu forte lançar-se em aventuras, neste novo Mundo da vinha e do vinho é fundamental assegurar que as Operações decorrem sem problemas, com planeamento, organização e qualidade.

O Pedro é um enólogo experiente, sempre disponível para experimentar novas ideias e explorar novos caminhos. Com profundo conhecimento do nosso terroir e uma paixão inigualável pela viticultura e vinificação, combina ciência e arte para criar vinhos excepcionais, refletindo a essência da terra e o cuidado em cada etapa do processo.
